At Breeze Cotton, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. To avoid issues, we recommend opting for open box delivery and taking a video recording during receipt from the delivery partner.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following condition:

  • The size of the product is incorrect, provided it was ordered as per our size guide.
Non-Eligibility for Returns

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Products that match the size, color, and specifications as ordered, without any defects.
  • Returns for reasons other than an incorrect size.
Return Process

If you receive a product with an incorrect size, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, details of the size issue, and a video or photos taken at the time of delivery showing the issue.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

If the return is accepted due to an incorrect size, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-accepted returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
  • We strongly recommend an open box delivery and a video recording at the time of receipt to help validate any claims.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.
